Job Responsibilities

* Direct and control the safe movement of trucks, vehicles, and heavy equipment at the construction site.

* Guide drivers and equipment operators during reversing, loading, unloading, and site movement.

* Use proper hand signals and communication methods.

* Maintain a safe distance between workers, vehicles, and equipment.

* Assist in maintaining safe traffic movement within the work area.

* Identify and report unsafe conditions to the Site Supervisor.

* Follow all company and site safety procedures.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Flagman in a construction environment.

* Good knowledge of safety procedures and standard hand signals.

* Ability to communicate clearly with drivers and equipment operators.

* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

* Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious.

* UAE construction site experience is an advantage.
